The functionality BixBookmark has to offer can be divided into three categories: a simple means of bookmarking webpages; a central location for efficiently managing your bookmarks; a convenient way to access all your bookmarked webpages. So to sum it up, you can store, organize and easily access your bookmarked webpages by using the application for Windows BixBookmark.

The BixBookmark installation file is little over 2MB in size, so downloading it will not take long. The same can be said about the actual installation process. Just launch the installation file, follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard, and moments later you will be done. There’s one thing that deserves mentioning here: the wizard will ask you to choose between a regular and a portable installation.

The BixBookmark interface is divided into two panels: folders for all your bookmarks are presented as a list in the panel to the left; all the bookmarks within a selected folder are presented as a list in the main panel to the right. Above these panels there’s a File Menu and a toolbar with buttons for several functions the application has to offer.

Speaking about what BixBookmark has to offer, here’s a quick look at the application’s main features: easily bookmark webpages; a central location from where you can manage your bookmarks and visit bookmarked webpages; open a bookmark URL with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera or another browser; assign a rating to your bookmarks; login information is supported; add screenshots for your bookmarks; import and export bookmarks; back up and restore data; find duplicates; check URLs; and more. You have a trial period of 30 days to use BixBookmark for free and uncover/evaluate all its features.

Thanks to BixBookmark you have a handy means of adding, managing, and opening bookmarks.

Pros

The system requirements for running BixBookmark are very low. You can choose between a regular and a portable installation. There’s nothing complicated about BixBookmark’s interface. Easily add or create bookmarks, easily manage bookmarks, and easily open bookmarks with your browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera are supported). BixBookmark can also check URLs and find duplicates.

Cons

30-day trial; nag screen; watermark on screenshots.
